Return Policy
1. Eligibility
You may return any non-sale item within 30 calendar days of delivery. Sale-priced items are not refundable; these may only be exchanged for another in-stock item or credited as store credit.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days, and the credit will appear on your original payment method according to your bank’s posting schedule.

Request a Return Form
With your order number and reason for return. We will send you the official Return Form within 24 hours. -
Ship Your Item
– Include the completed Return Form inside your package.
– Ship to the address printed on the form.
– Use a trackable carrier and retain your tracking number. You are responsible for return-shipping costs and ensuring safe delivery. -
Receive Your Refund
After we confirm receipt and condition of the item, we will issue your refund within 5 business days.
4. Condition of Returned Items
– Merchandise must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
– Products showing signs of wear or damage not due to our error may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
5. Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different SKU or size, please follow the same Return Procedure and place a new order for your replacement item—this ensures faster processing and maintains accurate inventory.
